Superior finish is achieved through superior preparation! We begin with sandblasting, or chemical etching in order to provide a surface for the powder coat finish to adhere to. Then the parts are cleaned. After cleaning, parts are masked to customer specifications, inspected over once more for cleanliness, and then powder is applied. The powder is then cured in an oven at appropriate temperature and time. Post curing, parts are then examined for quality and coverage. After cool down parts are then inspected once more prior to packaging.
